Digital Products Only
All products offered by Sheet Hub are digital downloads only. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, and refunds are generally not available.
No Automatic Refunds
Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases, change of mind, or software incompatibility. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your needs.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:
- The product file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
- The delivered product is significantly different from its description
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure your device and software can open the file formats provided. Sheet Hub is not responsible for issues caused by incompatible or outdated software.
